It’s that time to reach to the rear of that closet behind the tees, tanks, dresses and shorts (that have taken over) and face reality… summer is over…
it’s getting a bit chilly and it’s time to change things up again. And at the start of any season it seems like you have nothing to wear… as if!!! But it is a great time for a fresh start and new beginnings (fashionably speaking).
Before you put the credit card into power-drive lets talk…
This year more than the last few fall seasons it’s about options. That means
you can mix it up… take what’s in the closet and add-to-enhance (I like that… add-to-enhance)
•For example; take any girly blouse and pair it with a new pair of wide leg pants (luv the pinstriped and plaids) for a girl meets boy look… very hot
•You went skinny jean crazy last season… tuck them into a hot pair of boots and add a tunic sweater or dress over the top (metallic knits… under $50 in the stores now).
•Belt it… add a little waist interest. Skinny or wide… over long shirts, knits or jackets. Under that suit for work, unbutton that jacket, add a white shirt & vest with a pencil skirt and a wide black patent belt… now you mean business
•Shoes… who can live without a new pair! But surprise me with a splash of color. A red patent pump or purple open toe with textured tights… that’s a fall pick me up!
